Healthy Snacking

Sometimes I sit at my desk and am bored…so I automatically think I’m hungry. Here is a list of things to “indulge” on when you really should just be holding off until your next meal:

-Lemon water

-Crystal Lite

-Flavored gum

-Sugar Snap peas

-Celery

-15 almonds (eat them really slow, or chop them in half so it takes longer to eat)

-Cucumbers (also sliced…it will last longer)

-a spoonful of all natural peanut butter

-Fat free greek yogurt

-handful of berries

-1/2 grapefruit with little or no sugar on top (even though it may taste a little better its really not worth it)

-a piece of fat free string cheese and 2 slices of deli turkey
